While the 'loner' and 'outsider' types are inherently unsticky... I've found (mostly through Strange Bedfellows (http://www.all-roads-lead.net/jvstin/strange/)) that you can pin the Outsider types to the other PCs/Characters by making them care a whole lot about the outcome that befalls.

'Batman' is a great example of this effect. He doesn't work well in groups, but he will to get the job done.

Some day I'd like to do a really good insider.
