Other siding trim will be replaced
Tree damaged will be replaced
Downspouts are reconnected
Grading will have to be checked by me when they are fully done
Four window wells will be restored; river rock supplied for wells

took longer than they predicted, but rather that than a sloppy job (glad I'm not paying for this)
